SleekMeeting AI meeting assistant
SleekMeeting is a web-based AI meeting assistant. It helps users during live calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and similar apps with real-time AI answers, structured meeting notes, live transcription, meeting session records, and follow-up email drafts.
What SleekMeeting does
- Real-time AI answers: SleekAssist uses meeting transcript and optional screen context to suggest answers during live calls.
- Meeting notes: SleekNote creates summaries, action items, and follow-up email drafts after meetings.
- Live transcription: Users can transcribe conversations in more than 20 languages.
- Session history: Meeting transcripts, AI responses, and notes are saved to the user's SleekMeeting account for later review.
- Optional integrations: Users can sync notes to Notion or Google Drive when they choose to connect those services.
How SleekMeeting uses Google account data
Users may sign in with Google or optionally connect Google Drive for notes export. SleekMeeting requests limited Google access only for the features users choose to enable.
- OpenID, email, and profile: used to authenticate the user's SleekMeeting account.
- Google Drive file access: used only if the user enables Google Docs export and selects a folder, so SleekMeeting can create or update meeting-note files chosen by the user.
SleekMeeting does not request full Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Contacts access. SleekMeeting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
