We believe your meeting notes, transcripts, and personal information are strictly confidential. We never sell your data, rent your data, share your meeting data with advertisers, or share your meeting data with data brokers. We use trusted service providers only when needed to operate SleekMeeting, such as secure hosting, authentication, payment, transcription, and AI processing providers. These providers are permitted to process data only to provide the service to us and are not permitted to use your meeting content to train their models or for advertising.

2 Information We Collect

In order to provide our service, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details provided during registration.
• Meeting Content (Transcripts): The audio from your meetings is transcribed into text in real-time.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as feature usage to help us improve the platform.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the following essential purposes:

• Providing the core functionality of SleekMeeting (transcription, summaries, AI answers).
• Maintaining and improving the quality of the service.
• Handling support requests and account management.

4 Google API Services

If you sign in with Google, we use your Google profile information only to authenticate your SleekMeeting account. If you choose to connect Google Drive for notes export, we request limited file access only to create or update meeting-note files in the folder you select. We do not request access to your full Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts.

SleekMeeting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5 Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to ensure your meeting recordings, transcripts, and generated notes are protected. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We rely on secure, highly-regulated cloud infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access.

6 AI Processing

To generate summaries and context-aware responses, meeting transcripts are processed by AI models. We ensure that our infrastructure partners process this data securely and they are not permitted to use any of your transcripts or meeting data to train their models.

7 User Rights and Data Deletion

You retain full control over your data. You may at any time:

• Access your transcripts and meeting history.
• Delete any individual meeting record permanently.
• Delete your account entirely, in which case all of your associated data will be purged from our systems.

8 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be clearly communicated, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the altered policy.
