• AI-generated summaries and action items
• Note-taking assistance for business discussions
• Practice session support for presentations and mock scenarios
• Language translation for multilingual meetings

This Service is strictly for productivity enhancement in authorized meetings and practice environments.

2 User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

YOU ALONE are fully responsible for ensuring all uses of SleekMeeting comply with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and employer policies. You agree:

• To use SleekMeeting only in meetings where you have explicit authorization to record/transcribe
• To obtain all necessary consents from meeting participants before enabling transcription
• To comply with all federal, state, and local recording consent laws
• To never use SleekMeeting to violate employer policies, platform terms of service, or applicable laws
• To indemnify and hold harmless SleekMeeting, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use

3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use SleekMeeting for:

• Live job interviews with prospective employers without their explicit written consent
• Any activity that violates employer policies or platform terms of service
• Deceptive practices or misrepresentation of your abilities or knowledge
• Recording conversations where you lack legal authorization
• Any illegal purpose or activity prohibited by law

4 Practice & Mock Sessions

SleekMeeting is optimized for mock interviews, practice sessions, authorized business meetings, team collaboration, and language learning. We strongly recommend using the Service for practice first before live professional use.

5 Recording Consent & Privacy

Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with one-party, two-party, or all-party consent requirements, informing all participants when recording is active, and obtaining explicit consent before transcription in professional settings.

6 Disclaimer of Misuse

SleekMeeting is a productivity tool, not a deception tool. Any attempt to use the Service for unauthorized, deceptive, or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and occurs entirely at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, or accept responsibility for any unauthorized use.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekMeeting shall not be liable for:

• Any consequences arising from your use of the Service
• Violations of recording laws or platform terms of service
• Termination or adverse action by employers or platforms
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SleekMeeting from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of recording consent laws, breach of employer policies, unauthorized use of the Service, or any third-party claims resulting from your use.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine you are using the Service for prohibited purposes, violating applicable laws, engaging in deceptive practices, or causing harm to other users or third parties.
